Tom Banister-Fletcher

This season Tom is Head Coach at Iceni Ultimate and Assistant Coach for the GB U17 Women. He also works with various school groups and teachers in a Coach Educator capacity. Tom is a UKU Level 2 qualified coach and has previously coached club and university Ultimate. He is also a trainee sports psychologist. Throughout the season Tom will be writing blog posts to share his thoughts, learning and insights.
